To apply the program, buyer needs to pay and cover the return transportation customs duties and taxes for reimport to Canada under HTS 9813.00.00.90 RIng made in Canada. We recommand to us postal service with a tracking number but not UPS DHL or Fedex due to high cost related. The Atelier will NOT pay any duty and taxes related to a return. The Atelier will cover the free replacement upon receipt and pay the delivery of the new ring.
